My family and I are forever engaging with The Community Libraries of Providence. This year alone, my child has learned weaving, sewing, and animation in the library and is just starting out with a book club. In the library, we find spaces for research, discussion, creative expression, and, most of all, community. The libraries create special programming for my students and offer after school meals. They partner with our schools to connect library resources for families and for teachers. Libraries uplift our neighborhoods, with welcoming spaces and offerings for all ages, as well as free services that everyone can depend on. Help me help the Community Libraries of Providence this year.
